Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through G&CO. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are strictly limited to items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
  • The original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, protective films, and inserts, is present and in undamaged, like-new condition.
  • There are no signs of wear, damage, tampering, misuse, or alteration of the product or packaging.

If the product or its packaging shows any form of damage, defect, or wear — no matter how minimal — the return will be rejected.

G&CO. reserves the right to deny any return request that does not fully comply with these conditions.

2. Return Window

Eligible customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tested.
  • The product or packaging is damaged, scratched, stained, torn, or altered.
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or components.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use of the device.Any form of wear, cosmetic flaw, or defect not reported at the time of delivery.

If any damage is present, the customer will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

4. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team at info@ganymedesco.com with the order number.
  2. Provide clear, high-quality photos of the product and its packaging to verify its condition.
  3. Wait for written return authorization from G&CO.

No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. G&CO. is not liable for lost, damaged, or incomplete return shipments.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
Refund approval will be granted only if the product meets all conditions stated in Section 1.

If the return does not meet the requirements:

  • The item will be rejected
  • No refund will be issued
  • The customer may request the product to be shipped back at their expense

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and optional services (such as express delivery or route protection) are non-refundable.
