This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through
G&CO. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
At G&CO. we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

This guarantee covers products that have been tried and used.
You are welcome to test any G&CO. device during your 30-day trial
and return it if it is not right for you.
Contact our support team at info@ganymedesco.com with your order
number and the reason for your return. We will send you a prepaid
return label within 1 business day. Pack the device and any included
accessories and send it back using the label provided. You will not
pay a penny for return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the
original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. You will
receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Shipping fees and any optional services such as express delivery
or route protection are non-refundable.
Our 30-day guarantee covers normal trial use of the product.
You are welcome to use any G&CO. device during your 30-day trial
and return it if you are not satisfied with the results.
The following will not be eligible for a full refund:
Products returned with physical damage caused by misuse, dropping,
or improper handling.
Products returned with components deliberately removed, modified,
or tampered with.
Products returned with signs of damage caused by use outside the
instructions provided, including use with incorrect voltage or
power supply.
Products returned incomplete, with accessories, cables, or
components missing.
In these cases, G&CO. reserves the right to reject the return
or issue a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the
extent of the damage.
Normal wear from standard trial use such as minor surface marks
from regular handling will never be used as grounds to reject
a return.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged on arrival,
contact us at info@ganymedesco.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you,
including return shipping.
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
G&CO. reserves the right to assess items returned in a condition
that goes beyond reasonable trial use as outlined in Section 4.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different
product, return your original order for a full refund and place
a new order.
All G&CO. products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing
defects. This is separate from and in addition to your statutory
rights under UK consumer law. To make a warranty claim, contact
us at info@ganymedesco.com with your order number and a description
of the issue.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving
it without giving any reason.
